How Do I Book a Boudoir Session?

Booking your boudoir session with Studio Rose starts with selecting a tentative date for your photoshoot. At the time of booking, you’ll schedule a consultation call where we discuss your vision, preferences, and goals for the session. Only after a successful consultation is your session officially confirmed.

How Far in Advance Should I Book My Session?

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks ahead to allow for planning and consultations, ensuring the best experience possible.

Do I Have to Be a Certain Age or Body Type to Book a Session?

Not at all! Boudoir is for everyone aged 19 and older. We celebrate diversity and individuality in all forms.

What Are the Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policies?

To respect both our clients’ and artists’ time, we ask for a fully refundable deposit to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Do You Offer On-Location or Outdoor Sessions?

We specialize in studio work, however, upon request we provide outdoor or on-location sessions for a premium. Additional fees may apply for travel and setup.

Do I Need Experience Posing for Photos?

• Without beauty services: About 2 hours in the studio.

Your portraits will be ready for a same-day reveal immediately following your session! In our private viewing room, you’ll select your favorite images for artwork creation.

How Will I Receive My Digital Photos?

Your digital portraits will be securely delivered via WeTransfer within 4–6 weeks of your session. This service ensures ease of access and privacy.

What If I Can’t Find My Digital Photo Email?

Can I Use My Portraits for Personal or Professional Use?

When Will I Receive My Album or Wall Art?

Custom artwork, such as leather-bound albums or framed wall art, takes 4–12 weeks to complete. This timeline starts once you approve the design proofs. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Why Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?

The deposit secures your session date and honors the time of both our artists and clients. It’s fully refundable if you arrive at your scheduled appointment or reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice. Alternatively, if you purchase in-studio products, your deposit can be applied toward your final bill. Note: If your tentatively booked session is decided not to proceed at the consultation, your deposit will be fully refunded.

When Will My Deposit Be Refunded?

Your deposit will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of payment within 10 business days after your photoshoot, provided all booking and cancellation policies were adhered to. If you choose, the deposit can also be applied toward your final purchase instead of being refunded.

Will My Portraits Be Shared Online or Used for Promotion?

We take your privacy seriously. Your portraits will only be shared with your explicit, written consent through a signed model release form. You also have the option to opt for partial releases that do not show identifying features.

Can I Bring Someone with Me to the Session?

You’re welcome to bring a support person. However, we recommend attending solo to fully immerse yourself in the transformative experience. Support guests are welcome to stay in the lobby during your session, and out of respect to our other guest’s privacy.
